Program Recognition Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Recognition Lead (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of a multi-year strategy for WES Program Recognition
• Steer cross-functional initiatives to ensure optimal product solutions and manage product P&L and budget
• Define pricing structures and collaborate on product launch and go-to-market strategies

Required Qualifications

• Strong leadership experience in product management, strategy, or operations
• Experience in the education services or higher education industry is preferred
• History of leading cross-functional teams and developing partnerships
• Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred
• Data-minded with a proven ability to drive product development roadmaps
