Job Summary

Supporting the recruitment of a talented Expert Network, the remote Program Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and scheduling, while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate full cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, and coordinating team communications through to offer
• Provide a white-glove candidate experience and maintain strong relationships with the Expert Network
• Generate and execute active and passive sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates at volume

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of full cycle recruitment experience
• Experience with high-volume recruitment
• Proficiency with LinkedIn and applicant tracking systems, preferably Greenhouse
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Familiarity with AI tools to streamline recruitment processes
