• Two years of technical or professional-level experience advising the public on specific programs or processes
• Experience providing exceptional customer service in various modalities
• Experience interfacing with large systems or enterprise software and databases
• Ability to analyze complex issues and recommend effective solutions
• Experience in an office setting advising on processes or procedures
