Program Scheduler II

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Scheduler II to support program execution through schedule development and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed program schedules aligned with contractual requirements
• Build and manage schedules using Microsoft Project and Primavera P6
• Produce schedule variance reports and provide performance updates to program leadership

Required Qualifications

• 4-7 years of program or project scheduling experience
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Project and Primavera P6
• Working knowledge of Integrated Master Scheduling (IMS) and Critical Path Method (CPM)
• Experience supporting contract-driven programs with formal reporting requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
