Program Services Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting program management and operations for a federal public health client, the full-time Program Services Analyst will manage data tracking, reconciliation, quality control, and reporting while working remotely or from designated locations.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor, analyze, code, reconcile, and report programmatic and financial data
• Support operational data management activities and maintain documentation, trackers, and issue logs
• Coordinate with project teams to identify missing data and resolve issues for timely reporting

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Three years of relevant experience in program support, data analysis, or public health operations
• Experience with data quality review, reconciliation, and reporting tools
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST" clearance
