Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Solutions Engineer to coordinate the design, analysis, development, and execution of insurance programs.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of product engineers and analysts in implementing new insurance programs
Act as a key resource in engineering new program deliveries
Identify and execute improvements within the existing product ecosystem

Required Qualifications

Proficiency in Visual Studio Code and GitLab
Applied knowledge of SQL/TSQL/XML/HTML/JSON
Previous experience in the insurance industry, preferably in personal lines or commercial BOP
Understanding of insurance product rating algorithms and underwriting rules
Ability to work effectively across technical and business-oriented stakeholders
