Job Summary
To support workforce development efforts in behavioral health, the full-time remote Program Specialist will manage training coordination, certification compliance, and stakeholder engagement while ensuring accurate data collection and reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and implement statewide training and certification initiatives for Family and Youth Peer Support programs
- Manage multiple projects and stakeholder relationships, ensuring timely completion of deliverables and training activities
- Maintain and analyze training and certification records, preparing reports and performance metrics for stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Associate's Degree plus 2 years of relevant experience or a Bachelor's degree
- Strong proficiency with Smartsheet, Microsoft Excel, and data management systems
- Experience in data entry, tracking, reporting, and records management
- Ability to analyze information and develop meaningful reports
- Experience coordinating trainings, meetings, or professional development programs
