Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Demonstrate high-level customer experience to support the Agent community
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide real-time support to Agents
Monitor Agent performance, engage with the community, and contribute to Agent retention

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
1+ years of contact center/BPO experience or similar customer service-related work
Mastery of Microsoft products and ability to type 35+ words per minute
Stable internet connection with specific speed requirements
Comfortable preparing and hosting sessions for small and large audiences
