Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute high-impact projects related to contracting, rostering, and campaign implementation
• Maintain operational oversight and continuously improve workflows for efficiency and scalability
• Develop and maintain process documentation and training materials while collaborating cross-functionally

Required Qualifications

• 4 years of related experience
• Experience in healthcare operations, particularly in practice rostering, contracting, or campaign management
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
• Ability to work independently and drive projects to completion
• Proficiency in workflow management tools such as Salesforce or Monday.com
