Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Integrates and evaluates software applications to support clinical services and ensures optimal functionality
Provides training and troubleshooting support for clinical and administrative staff regarding software and business processes
Coordinates with various service lines to ensure effective training and operational support for end users

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

U.S. Citizenship is required
For GS-9: One year of specialized experience equivalent to GS-7 or a Master's degree or equivalent graduate education
For GS-11: One year of specialized experience equivalent to GS-9 or a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree
Experience with healthcare informatics systems is preferred
Ability to analyze and improve clinical and administrative processes through technology solutions
