Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Specialist responsible for customer outreach and business development in the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of assigned programs, targeting adjusters and nurse case managers for outreach
• Generate referrals and revenue by managing leads and collaborating with sales and operations teams
• Address customer service issues and provide excellent service to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2 to 5 years of related experience and/or training
• Federal government clearance may be required for handling sensitive information
