Program Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Specialist to support project and operations delivery in North Georgia or Chattanooga, Tennessee.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate between customers, field staff, management, and contractors to ensure timely project completion
• Produce monthly and ad-hoc reports, create invoices, and manage program documentation
• Address customer satisfaction concerns and manage inventory and distribution of energy-saving devices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3-5 years of relevant professional experience
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on energy conservation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, and Smartsheet
• Ability to perform intermediate-level functions in Excel for calculations and analysis
