Job Summary
Seeking a detail-oriented and resourceful Program Specialist, the full-time position will support the TVA EnergyRight Residential program by managing data, facilitating team coordination, and ensuring compliance with operational guidelines, while working remotely in Tennessee.
Key responsibilities:
- Review and validate application and program data for accuracy and compliance
- Support planning, testing, and implementation of new program initiatives and enhancements
- Coordinate cross-functional activities to manage timelines and drive process improvements
Required qualifications:
- 3-6 years of relevant industry experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
- Minimum typing speed of 65 wpm
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
