Program Specialist - CT Licensed

Job Summary

Supporting client and provider relationships, the full-time salaried Program Specialist - CT Licensed will manage small projects, analyze data, and ensure successful delivery of services while working virtually.

Key responsibilities

• Builds and manages client provider relationships to ensure client satisfaction
• Oversees client provider recoupments and collaborates with account management and operations teams on project implementations
• Monitors and prepares reports on operational and financial performance related to provider services

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Five years of relevant work experience, preferably in health insurance, government, or healthcare policy
• Two or more years of experience in TPL or specific hospital provider background preferred
• Experience in client service or business-to-business environments is desired
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills necessary for data analysis and report building
