Job Summary

Supporting client and provider relationships, the full-time salaried Program Specialist (CT, MA, NJ, NY) will manage small projects, analyze data, and ensure customer satisfaction while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Builds and manages client-provider relationships to ensure client satisfaction and successful service delivery
• Oversees client provider recoupments and collaborates with account management and operations teams on project implementation
• Monitors and prepares reports on operational and financial performance, providing timely updates to management

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Five or more years of relevant work experience in health insurance, government, client service, or healthcare policy
• Two or more years of experience in third-party liability (TPL) preferred
• Healthcare or Medicaid recovery experience strongly preferred
