Job Summary
To support the Global Pediatric Medicine department, the full-time Program Specialist, Global Health will coordinate and oversee projects, budgets, and processes to enhance pediatric critical care initiatives across low and middle-income countries, while working remotely with occasional travel to Memphis for team collaboration.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and implement global health quality improvement programs in collaboration with hospitals and training centers
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders and ensure adherence to project deliverables and timelines
- Support the development of training materials and processes for healthcare workers implementing quality improvement initiatives
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 1+ years of experience in program coordination
- Familiarity with project planning tools such as MS Project or Microsoft SharePoint
- Understanding of quality improvement or implementation science is preferred
- Experience in healthcare environments is a plus
