Program Specialist, Service Lines

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Specialist, Service Lines to support the implementation of service lines focused on Economic Empowerment and Adult Education.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the design, planning, and implementation of strategies for service lines
• Coordinate pilot projects and gather feedback to inform program improvements
• Track program deliverables and maintain accurate records to ensure alignment with strategic priorities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 3+ years of experience in project coordination or nonprofit work with vulnerable populations
• Experience in Employment programming or Adult Education/ESL preferred
• Ability to work effectively as a team member and independently
• Mature and personal Christian faith
