Program Strategist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Strategist to enhance government services through strategic analysis and policy implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth analysis of federal and state statutes and regulations for benefit programs
• Translate policy findings into actionable recommendations for product design and delivery plans
• Identify regulatory constraints and propose compliant, user-centered design solutions

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in policy analysis or relevant graduate-level education and experience
• Hands-on experience with Medicaid policies and programs
• Strong relationship-building skills with internal teams and external partners
• Self-directed and comfortable working independently
• Understanding of public programs across multiple levels of government
