Program Strategy Consultant

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Program Strategy Consultant will manage programs to ensure project decisions align with business results while driving change management efforts and supporting strategic objectives across the enterprise.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively manage programs to support business results and improve customer satisfaction metrics
• Collaborate with various departments to align on strategic objectives and key processes
• Support large-scale program vision and strategy through project delivery and stakeholder communication

Required qualifications

• 5 or more years of relevant experience in project management
• Technical knowledge in service-based programming and XML schema
• Experience in change management and user acceptance testing
• Ability to establish best practices for continuous integration and deployment
• Strong understanding of business case development and execution roadmaps
