Program Success Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Success Manager to oversee the performance and revenue outcomes of HCBS programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the full pipeline and revenue performance of assigned HCBS programs, tracking metrics from referral to case completion
• Identify and manage program bottlenecks, developing scalable solutions and improvement plans
• Hold revenue responsibility for assigned HCBS programs and execute strategies to drive growth and member engagement

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in sales and/or account management within healthcare or HCBS/Medicaid programs
• Demonstrated experience owning revenue or P&L responsibility for a program or account portfolio
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with complex data sets and identify trends
• Experience developing scalable processes and escalation protocols
• Track record of cross-functional collaboration
