Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Program Success Manager, this role focuses on engaging with students to drive their success through personalized support, relationship building, and proactive outreach during their career transitions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own a portfolio of students, driving engagement, retention, and completion through consistent outreach
  • Monitor cohort health and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a high-quality student experience
  • Utilize student interactions and data to identify trends, share insights, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in advising, customer success, coaching, or consultative sales
  • Strong emotional intelligence with a focus on empathy and relationship building
  • Proactive and action-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities
  • Ability to conduct direct and supportive conversations that drive student progress
  • Experience using communication and tracking tools such as HubSpot and Google Workspace
