• Act as a liaison between the Program Manager and the team, ensuring effective communication
• Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, task assignments, and productivity reporting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2 years of relevant experience or a High School diploma with 4 years of relevant experience
• 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a service-driven environment
• Extensive knowledge of pharmacy benefit methodologies and payment systems
• Strong initiative and work ethic
• Ability to lead in a dynamic environment
