Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in the healthcare industry
• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
• Previous personnel/team management experience
• Knowledge of specialty drug products and health insurance claims processing is a plus
• Previous experience leading customer service teams is a plus
