Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Performance management, coaching, and mentoring of subordinates
• Liaison between Program Manager and Team
• Providing organization and direction for daily reimbursement support

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 2 years of reimbursement/insurance experience, or High School diploma with 4 years of relevant experience
• 3-5 years supervisory experience preferred
• Extensive knowledge of pharmacy benefit and payment methodologies
• Initiative, strong work ethic, and ability to lead in a dynamic environment
• Strong organizational skills
