Job Summary
To support operational flow in a hybrid environment, the full-time Program Support Coordinator (Dual-Hatted: Peer Review System Administrator) will manage daily eBRAP and COCO system operations, oversee application compliance, and generate performance metrics while serving as the primary technical liaison for program managers and system users.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily eBRAP operational activities, including system configuration for Funding Opportunity Announcements and application processing compliance
- Serve as the primary Peer Review System Administrator, managing user access controls and system configuration
- Generate and analyze metrics and reports, ensuring data integrity and providing technical support for application submissions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Health Administration, or a related field
- 5-7 years of experience in program support, systems administration, or IT project management, preferably in federal grants management or biomedical research
- Experience configuring and troubleshooting web-based portal systems and managing user accounts
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in generating complex data reports and operational dashboards
- Knowledge of DoD IM/IT security procedures and data transfer protocols
