Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Support Specialist who provides administrative and operational support for federal programs and projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding of project personnel, including scheduling and documentation
  • Manage and track issuance and return of government assets
  • Facilitate badge requests and access provisioning in accordance with government security protocols
Required Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree
  • Minimum of 3 years of administrative or program support experience in a federal government or federal contracting environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
  • Experience handling government-furnished equipment and asset management systems
  • Familiarity with federal onboarding processes and security clearances
