Job Summary
To support the U.S. Department of Agriculture's Office of Inspector General, the full-time remote Program Support II will conduct initial complaint assessments, research allegations, prepare written summaries, and maintain official records while providing analytical support to investigators and management.
Key responsibilities
- Receive and process allegations from multiple sources and perform initial assessments to determine jurisdiction and routing
- Analyze allegations involving fraud, waste, abuse, and misconduct while maintaining complete and accurate records in official electronic systems
- Prepare written summaries, reports, and correspondence, and coordinate with investigators and other stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent relevant experience
- Minimum of 3 years of analytical, investigative, or administrative support experience
- Knowledge of Federal government operations and procedures
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work for any U.S. employer without sponsorship
