Job Summary

To support the U.S. Department of Agriculture's Office of Inspector General, the full-time remote Program Support II will conduct initial complaint assessments, research allegations, prepare written summaries, and maintain official records while providing analytical support to investigators and management.

Key responsibilities
  • Receive and process allegations from multiple sources and perform initial assessments to determine jurisdiction and routing
  • Analyze allegations involving fraud, waste, abuse, and misconduct while maintaining complete and accurate records in official electronic systems
  • Prepare written summaries, reports, and correspondence, and coordinate with investigators and other stakeholders
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent relevant experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of analytical, investigative, or administrative support experience
  • Knowledge of Federal government operations and procedures
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work for any U.S. employer without sponsorship
