Program Systems Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Systems Architect to oversee technical vision and governance for federal programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain program-wide technical vision, architecture, and modernization roadmaps
• Provide architectural governance across teams to ensure alignment with approved standards and CMS expectations
• Lead development of architecture artifacts and support evaluation of business Change Requests

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of experience in enterprise or solution architecture for large IT programs
• Demonstrated experience defining technical strategy across multi-vendor teams
• Strong knowledge of AWS architecture and cloud modernization practices
• Experience in federal health environments with formal architecture and compliance processes
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
