Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director, Programmatic Activation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deploy and optimize DSP budgets across programmatic channels for campaign performance
- Oversee a team of traders to enhance performance and accountability
- Collaborate with Client Success and Analytics teams to align media strategies with client needs
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with a major DSP (e.g., Xandr, DV360, The Trade Desk)
- Management experience in a programmatic media role
- Knowledge of CM360, rich media vendors, and web debugging tools
- Understanding of media metrics and KPIs
- Demonstrated analytical ability and proficiency in MS Excel
