Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Programmatic Activation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deploy and optimize DSP budgets across programmatic channels for campaign performance
  • Oversee a team of traders to enhance performance and accountability
  • Collaborate with Client Success and Analytics teams to align media strategies with client needs
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with a major DSP (e.g., Xandr, DV360, The Trade Desk)
  • Management experience in a programmatic media role
  • Knowledge of CM360, rich media vendors, and web debugging tools
  • Understanding of media metrics and KPIs
  • Demonstrated analytical ability and proficiency in MS Excel
