Job Summary
Owning the operational success of programmatic deals, the full-time Programmatic Ad Operations Specialist will manage campaign execution, troubleshoot delivery issues, and collaborate with Sales and Account Managers to maximize revenue and client satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end campaign operations across direct and Programmatic deals, ensuring successful setup, QA, delivery, and optimization
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot campaign delivery issues across various platforms
- Own reporting and performance optimization to drive continuous improvement in campaign delivery and revenue
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in ad operations or programmatic campaign management, preferably on the publisher side
- Experience with Google Ad Manager and various programmatic platforms such as Magnite, OpenX, and The Trade Desk
- Deep understanding of the programmatic ecosystem, including SSPs, DSPs, PMPs, and agency trading desks
- Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex campaign delivery issues across multiple platforms
- Experience leveraging AI and automation tools to enhance operational efficiency
