Programmatic Associate Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Manager, Programmatic.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage campaign execution across in-app and programmatic channels, including display, video, and CTV
• Mentor and support a team of Associates and Senior Associates, ensuring quality output and timely delivery
• Identify and act on upsell, cross-sell, and account expansion opportunities to drive strategic growth

Required Qualifications

• 4-year degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in programmatic and in-app execution
• Experience managing client relationships and leading discussions across various stakeholders
• Ability to mentor junior team members and review deliverables
• Familiarity with media planning, platform best practices, and campaign optimization
