Job Summary

A company is looking for a Programmatic Manager to join their fully remote team and help scale their paid media efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and optimize programmatic campaigns across native and display channels
  • Own and scale campaigns on Taboola and other native/content discovery platforms
  • Analyze performance data and drive continuous improvement across the funnel
Required Qualifications
  • Proven hands-on experience managing programmatic campaigns, with Taboola experience as a must
  • Experience with platforms like NewsBreak, Outbrain, or similar native/content discovery sources is a strong plus
  • Extensive experience with creative testing, including A/B and multivariate testing
  • Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in performance reporting and optimization
  • Ability to manage budgets effectively and hit CPA/ROAS targets
