Job Summary
Leading the programmatic practice in a full-time remote role, the VP, Programmatic Media will manage direct SSP and DSP partnerships, drive campaign strategies, and develop a high-performing team while ensuring client satisfaction and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the strategic direction of the programmatic practice by identifying new opportunities and scaling proven approaches to improve client outcomes
- Lead, develop, and expand the team of programmatic buyers, managing hiring, training, and performance
- Serve as the senior point of contact with key SSP and DSP partners, negotiating terms and unlocking new inventory and features
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years in programmatic media, including 4+ years in leadership roles, with hands-on experience in execution
- Deep technical knowledge of ad tech platforms, including DSPs, SSPs, and ad servers
- Proven ability to build and present data-driven reports that foster client trust and relationships
- Experience supporting sales processes, including RFP responses and client-facing pitches
- Exceptional strategic thinking and communication skills, with fluency in emerging media and AI trends
