Job Summary
Seeking a hands-on Programmatic Platforms Manager, the full-time remote position will manage CTV programmatic demand activation, optimize performance across various platforms, and troubleshoot delivery issues within the AdTech ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the activation and execution of CTV programmatic demand across ad servers and integrated SSP/DSP platforms
- Serve as a subject matter expert on CTV programmatic activation and inventory monetization, managing deal delivery and troubleshooting issues
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support campaign execution and drive revenue growth
Required Qualifications
- 2-5+ years of experience in Programmatic Advertising, Ad Operations, or related AdTech roles
- Experience within the programmatic ecosystem, preferably in CTV, video, or streaming environments
- Strong understanding of programmatic advertising fundamentals, including OpenRTB and auction dynamics
- Hands-on experience with SSPs, DSPs, ad servers, or programmatic activation platforms
- Familiarity with ads.txt, supply path optimization (SPO), and broader programmatic infrastructure
