Job Summary

To provide expert guidance on digital products, the full-time SME for Programmatic will deliver technical support to internal and external clients while managing programmatic executions and optimizing performance metrics.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and client service to programmatic demand clients
  • Assist with PMP setup, troubleshooting, and prepare campaign reporting and analysis
  • Contribute to campaign implementation, management, and optimization while building strong client relationships
Required qualifications
  • BE/BSc in Computer Science or equivalent relevant experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital/online advertising and technical account management
  • Strong knowledge of programmatic and DSP platforms, ad serving technologies, and online media buying processes
  • Experience with SaaS platforms such as The Trade Desk, Google AdWords, and other AdTech tools
  • Superior technical writing and communication skills to convey complex concepts to non-technical clients
