Job Summary

Leading a business vertical, the full-time Programme Director will manage project delivery, oversee operational performance, and ensure client engagement while working remotely or in a hybrid model across the UK on a one-year fixed-term contract.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the professional and profitable delivery of all programmes and projects within the business vertical
• Oversee operational and financial performance, ensuring projects meet quality, timeline, and budget expectations
• Serve as a senior client-facing delivery lead, ensuring confidence in programme execution and effective onboarding of new clients

Required qualifications

• Extensive experience managing projects in branding, digital, and motion
• Strong senior stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and negotiate
• Proven experience in crisis management and risk mitigation strategies
• Demonstrated ability to manage project teams of 15-20 people successfully
• Advanced project planning software skills, such as Microsoft Project or Smartsheet
