Programme Test Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Programme Test Manager to join their team full-time in the Czech Republic.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and govern the end-to-end test strategy for the programme across multiple delivery streams
• Provide technical oversight for complex system integrations and manage test environments and data strategies
• Lead and coordinate hybrid QA teams, managing testing capacity and promoting a quality-first engineering culture

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in software testing and quality engineering
• Proven experience as a Test Manager or Programme Test Manager in large-scale environments
• Strong experience in defining and implementing test strategies for complex enterprise platforms
• Experience managing large scale projects across multiple test levels
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher
