Programmer Analyst

Job Summary

To support the School of Medicine's Bayview Pediatrics, the full-time Programmer Analyst will engage in the creation, implementation, maintenance, and documentation of various departmental application systems, including the installation and testing of applications, while working on-site in Baltimore, MD.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and document business requirements by collaborating with clients to identify and address current process issues
• Develop functional and technical specifications from system requirements to guide programming and application development
• Create and execute test scenarios to validate application functionality and ensure solutions meet client needs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• One year of related experience with computer systems and applications
• Experience with statistical software such as STATA, SAS, Python, and/or R
• Familiarity with database maintenance and application system code management
• Knowledge of change management policies and procedures in a project environment
