Key Responsibilities

• Align all functions to achieve regional business objectives in partnership with leadership
• Own the conception, execution, and measurement of cross-functional initiatives
• Drive regular business operation meetings and present analysis to leadership for key business decisions

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 10+ years of work experience in data-modeling, business analytics, and project management
• Experience implementing and scaling initiatives across globally dispersed teams
• Proficiency in manipulating large datasets in Excel; SQL proficiency preferred
• Ability to work in uncertain environments and create clarity from ambiguity
• Hands-on approach with a proven bias to action and project ownership
