Job Summary

Bringing specialized experience in regulatory operations, the full-time remote Programs and Business Operations Lead will develop and execute strategies, manage cross-functional projects, and drive scalable programs to ensure compliance with regulations across multiple jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the strategic development and execution of scalable programs while communicating outcomes to senior leadership
• Build and maintain program management frameworks to ensure sustainable operations and compliance with legal requirements
• Translate regulatory trends and data into actionable business strategies for senior leadership

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in regulatory operations, legal/policy compliance, consulting, or project management
• Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and manage multiple projects in a complex regulatory environment
• Experience in building scalable technical solutions and operationalizing regulatory workflows
• Exceptional communication skills for articulating complex information to varied audiences
• Strong stakeholder management skills with a track record of aligning cross-functional teams
