Job Summary
A company is looking for a Programs Coordinator to support the LAUNCH Apprenticeship Network.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate the implementation and development of registered apprenticeship programs through cross-department collaboration
- Maintain participant documentation, manage data, track progress, and generate reports while ensuring confidentiality
- Provide logistical support for meetings and conferences, including scheduling and document management
Required Qualifications
- Relevant AA/AS degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of two (2) years of related work experience in an administrative role managing multiple projects
- Experience in an education or non-profit environment preferred
- Familiarity with the Community College system and registered apprenticeship is a plus
- Experience with calendaring and scheduling meetings
