Job Summary

A company is looking for a Programs Coordinator to support the LAUNCH Apprenticeship Network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate the implementation and development of registered apprenticeship programs through cross-department collaboration
  • Maintain participant documentation, manage data, track progress, and generate reports while ensuring confidentiality
  • Provide logistical support for meetings and conferences, including scheduling and document management
Required Qualifications
  • Relevant AA/AS degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of two (2) years of related work experience in an administrative role managing multiple projects
  • Experience in an education or non-profit environment preferred
  • Familiarity with the Community College system and registered apprenticeship is a plus
  • Experience with calendaring and scheduling meetings
