Job Summary

A company is looking for a Run Rate Programs Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute global GTM activation strategy for Agentforce Supply Chain to accelerate growth
• Develop, launch, and optimize targeted sales programs in partnership with Sales and Product leadership
• Drive cross-functional GTM alignment with various teams to ensure cohesive messaging and product adoption

Required Qualifications

• Proven track record in building and executing GTM programs for new or emerging products
• Deep understanding of the GTM ecosystem and experience moving deals from first call to close
• Strong analytical mindset with expertise in pipeline data and program KPIs
• Experience with M&A-integrated products and building GTM activations for acquired technology
• Expert-level skills in Google Sheets and Excel for data analysis and insights
