A company is looking for a Programs Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and implement learning and community programs related to Climate Wayfinding
• Draft copy for newsletters, social media, and website; manage feedback and revisions
• Prepare and submit grant proposals and reports to support funding priorities

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in program design and delivery
• Experience developing and managing complex projects and programs
• Strong writing and editing skills with a focus on clarity and emotional intelligence
• Familiarity with Climate Wayfinding programs
• Must be located in NYC and willing to travel to New Haven, CT bi-monthly
