Job Summary

A company is looking for a Programs Operations Specialist (remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage CRM data and ensure data integrity for program-related records in Salesforce
• Oversee email campaign management and ensure targeted messaging through Pardot Account Engagement
• Identify operational inefficiencies and propose improvements to enhance team efficiency

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in email marketing operations or a related field
• Proven experience with Salesforce, including report building and campaign management
• Deep knowledge of Pardot or a similar email program
• Experience leveraging AI tools for productivity and task automation
• Knowledge of the U.S. or Canada higher education system
