Project Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Accountant to join their corporate finance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare general ledger entries and financial statements, and review financial reports with operational groups
• Oversee project setup processes to ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal processes
• Prepare monthly WIP schedules, JCRs, and budgets while hosting initial reviews with operational groups

Required Qualifications and Education

• 3+ years of Accounting or Finance experience required
• 3+ years of experience in Construction Accounting strongly preferred
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
