Project Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Accountant to join their Shared Services Finance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers with contract documents, change orders, and project accounting related tasks
• Prepare and review project setup modification forms to ensure compliance with policies and revenue recognition standards
• Train Project Accounting Assistants on billing terms and functions, and prepare final invoice packages for approval

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with a minimum of 3+ years in project cost accounting
• Experience in the Architecture/Engineering consulting industry is highly desired
• Proven experience managing medium to large scale projects with changing scope and timelines
• Knowledge of Deltek Vision software is a plus
• Experience with Prevailing Wage regulations is a plus
