Project Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Accountant to join their Shared Services Finance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers with contract documents, change orders, and project accounting and billing
• Prepare and review project setup modification forms and invoices to ensure compliance with policies and accuracy
• Train Project Accounting Assistant/Billers on project billing terms and functions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance with a minimum of 3+ years in project cost accounting
• Experience in the Architecture/Engineering consulting industry is highly desired
• Proven experience managing medium to large scale projects
• Knowledge of Deltek Vision software is a plus
• Experience with Prevailing Wage regulations is a plus
