Project Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Accountant to assist with optimizing NetSuite's Fixed Assets and Inventory modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize the NetSuite Fixed Assets and Inventory modules to align with accounting best practices
• Establish and document workflows for asset depreciation, disposals, inventory reconciliation, and COGS mapping
• Provide one-on-one coaching to the internal accounting team and ensure historical data accuracy

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with Fixed Assets, Inventory Auditing, and NetSuite Financials
• Experience in reconciliation and serving as a Subject Matter Expert
• Ability to work in a smoke-free environment
• Experienced level in relevant accounting practices
