Project Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Accountant - Ajera.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients throughout the complete project cycle, including project entry, billing, and reporting
• Manage project setup, data management, client invoicing, and other transactional accounting functions
• Provide daily/weekly transactional support to clients, including accounts payable and receivable management

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency in multiple ERPs and billing software, specifically Deltek Ajera
• 3+ years of experience in accounting at or above a staff accountant level
• Experience in full bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, and billing
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferred
• Experience in outsourced accounting and client services
