Project Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Manager - Project Accountant.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement project infrastructure and financial systems to support project objectives
• Manage project finances, including cost management, reconciliation, and financial reporting
• Collaborate with finance colleagues to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a nonprofit setting
• Strong understanding of nonprofit accounting principles and GAAP
• Knowledge of USG Rules and Regulations, including Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and 2CFR200
• Experience with cradle-to-grave project finances, including budgeting and financial analysis
